In title, strike the word "beyond" and insert "other than"

In the last paragraph of 1., after the words "Cabinet, the" insert "Board of Ordained Ministry, the"

Change 2. to read:

"Relation to the Annual Conference.--a)Accountability to the Annual Conference.--Elders under appointment other than the local church..."

In paragraph 3., delete the word "beyond" and insert the words "other than"
