The Committee recommends concurrence as amended as follows:
Delete everything except the words "Church Council" in line 2. Amend to read "Church Council (or other appropriate body)". This phrase will be inserted at all places in the Discipline where the language, "Administrative Board/Council on Ministries or Administrative Council" now appears.
