Minority Report:
Whereas the petition as presented leaves questions as to the membership of another organization to which these responsibilities are assigned, and
Whereas we fear that such an organization might become an organization of adults instead of adults and youth in ministry together.
Therefore be it resolved that the following words are inserted after the word organization in the petition as presented ", which follows the same membership requirements,"
